
Executive Director of INDOSTRATEGIC, Ahmad Khoirul Umam, SHI, GraDip. Asian Gov, MAGV, Ph.D is a Doctor of Political Science from the School of Political Science and International Studies, University of Queensland, Australia (2017). Currently, he is a Senior Lecturer at Paramadina Graduate School of Diplomacy (PGSD), Paramadina University, Jakarta, with teaching courses Governance and Anti-Corruption Studies; Islam in International Politics, Democratization in Southeast Asia, and Australia & South Pacific Studies. Umam obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the Department of Political and Islamic Crime, Walisongo State Islamic University (UIN), Semarang (2005); Graduate Diploma in Asian Governance and Master of Asian Governance from School of Political and International Studies, Flinders University of South Australia (2008-2010). He also conducted some researches on Ethno-religious conflict in Southeast Asia at Leiden University, Utrecht University & KITLV Netherlands (2010-2011).

Prior in joining INDOSTRATEGIC, Jino was a researcher at Foreign Policy Community of Indonesia (FPCI) and a community development strategist at Tokopedia. Jino earned his bachelor degree in International Relations from Paramadina University, and a Master Degree in Business Administration from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB).

Senior Researcher of INDOSTRATEGIC, Ngadiman Djaja, Ph.D, is a prominent Data Scientist and Psychometrician. Currently, he is a lecturer at Universitas Kristen Krida Wacana. Before joining INDOSTRATEGIC, Ngadiman was a researcher at MIMOS Berhad, Malaysia; and co-founding Punyatemen.com, a community based sharing economy platform. Ngadiman obtained his bachelor degree in Psychology at Atma Jaya Catholic Univerity; Master of Education from Flinders University, Australia; and Ph.D from Queensland University of Technology. His area of expertise includes statistics, survey design, and computer adaptive test.

Yara is an expert at communication and digital marketing field. Prior in joining INDOSTRATEGIC, Yara worked at several media companies such as Kompas Gramedia and Trans 7. She earned her bachelor degree in communication science at the University of Indonesia.

Wahyu is a lecturer at Paramadina University, in which he teaches New Media Theory, Mass Communication, Persuasion, and Political Communication. Before joining Paramadina, he was a researcher at The Habibie Center. Wahyu hold a bachelor and a master degree in Communication from Universitas Indonesia. He obtained his PhD in Public Policy from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. Wahyu’s research interests include areas such as the role of technology (particularly social media) in governance and democratization, political participation, and media ethics.
